Baking 12 loaves at a time

Using the 8" x 4" Dollar Store pans I can fit 12 loaves in my oven. I mix each loaf in its own bowl, let rise overnight, scrape into a bread pan, cover (to create a steam oven) and bake. After 30 minutes I remove the top pan and continue to an internal temperature of 205.
