Here is a photo of a few of the breads I baked and tested while writing the cookbooks. The hard lemon candy bread was astounding. Add 1 C of hard lemon candy to a food processor and grind until it's complete crushed. Add that to the basic bread recipe and bake. It has a delightful lemon flavor.
